The hotel lobby hours are 9am-7pm. Check-in is from 3pm-7pm. If you think you will arrive later than 7pm, please call the front desk so we may accommodate you with our contact-less remote check-in process. Checkout is at 11am.
If you are checking in after 7pm, you can call the on-call manager. The number will be posted on the lobby door.
Our restaurant, the best breakfast spot in town, is open daily from 6am-1pm. Breakfast is not included with a room reservation. Dinner is served Fridays & Saturdays 5-9pm.
All 1 Queen Rooms are on the first floor. Our 2 Queen/Kitchenette Rooms are on the second floor. Our King Suites and 3 Queen Rooms are on the third floor.
Unfortunately, our 120-year-old building does not have elevators. If you need a room on the first floor, please call and notify us.
All street parking in Wallace is free! In addition, the Brooks has two parking lots reserved for guests. Parking passes are available upon check-in.
The Brooks is a dog friendly hotel! There is a $20 one pet fee, with a $10 fee per additional pet. We ask that you do not leave your pets alone in your room. Wallace is a pet friendly town, and most stores and bars allow dogs inside. Cats are not permitted.
Rollaway beds are available for the 2nd and 3rd floor suites for $25/night. Please check for availability when making your reservation.
The Brooks Hotel, Restaurant, and Garden Lounge is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking in the hotel rooms will result in a $500 damage fee.
Upon request, our banquet room, when unreserved, may serve as a storage room for bikes. It remains locked at all times.
