The hotel lobby hours are 9am-8pm. Check-in is from 3pm-8pm. If you will arrive later than 8pm, please call the front desk so we may accommodate you with our contact-less remote check-in process. Check-out is at 11am.
If you anticipate a late check in, please call ahead and request a remote check in. If you don't have a reservation and are checking in after 8pm, please call the on-call manager. The number will be posted on the lobby door. Please note we only answer calls until 1am.
Our restaurant, the best breakfast spot in town, is open daily from 6am-2pm. Breakfast is not included with a room reservation.
All 1 Queen Rooms are on the first floor. Our 2 Queen/Kitchenette Rooms are on the second floor. Our King Suites are on the third floor.
Unfortunately, our 120-year-old building does not have elevators. If you need a room on the first floor, please call and notify us.
All street parking in Wallace is free! In addition, the Brooks has a parking lot reserved for guests. Parking passes are available upon check-in.
The Brooks is a dog friendly hotel! There is a $20 pet fee per night. We ask that you do not leave your pets alone in your room. Wallace is a pet friendly town, enjoy Samuels Park just down the block or the new Dog Park by the Visitors Center. Cats are not permitted.
The Brooks Hotel, Restaurant, and Garden Lounge is a 100% non-smoking establishment. Smoking in the hotel rooms will result in a $500 damage fine.
Upon request, our banquet room, when unreserved, may serve as a storage room for bikes. It remains locked at all times.
